GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HAJJ AND UMRAH

 VISA PROCESSING

1. 1. Original Passport/Copy of Passport. 2 Copy Passport size photograph.
   2. Bangladeshi passports for at least 6 months’ validity (Until return date).
   3. For foreign passport holder (Born in Bangladeshi written in passport) at least 6 months validity. (Only for Omrah)

GENERAL TERMS

1. 1. If you travel individually other than group tickets, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
   2. No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
   3. Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
   4. Safar Tours & Travels Limited is not responsible for the lost luggage.

BOOKING POLICY

1. 1. Minimum 60% of total amount is needed to book your tour and the amount to be paid before one month of Umrah.
   2. Balance amount to be paid 7-days before departure.
   3. Book through Online deposit to our Bank account or with Cash & Cheque favoring “Safar Tours and Travels Ltd.” bKash & Credit card payment is also accepted (Upon availability).

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking were cancelled as per schedule below.

1. 1. BDT. 5000/- per person is NON-REFUNDABLE.
   2. For tour cancellation money will be deducted for Hotel, Ticket, VISA, Transport, etc. as per supplier’s Policy.

 Package Price & Umrah Tour can be changed for some special reason or visa processing time duration.
